At a young age I realized that Doctors suffered the same illnesses that they were constantly treating patients for.

That lead me to believe that they just treated symptoms, and that it was the body that actually healed itself.

Another curious idea caught my attention. It was the placebo effect.

If the doctor gave you a placebo and you got well, that means that our mind and beliefs work in conjunction with the physical body to maintain our health.

That got me thinking, and believe me, I think a lot!

As a teenager I read the book: Edgar Cayce: The Sleeping Prophet where Edgar Cayce talks a lot about how to heal various diseases that modern medicine could not heal.

That book also confirmed my own personal experiences about the nature of reality. All of which NO ONE ever talked about. That was the 1960s. Today the inner dimensions of our personal reality is widely discussed.

Well, Edgar Cayce got me to read: Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda which also confirmed many of my personal experiences. It also lead me on a lifelong adventure of exploring what REALITY really is.

Let me just say that the majority of the people on earth, are utterly unaware of their potential. Let alone knowing how to reach that potential. For example, Yogananda mentions a woman that never eats, but loves to cook for her family.

Several authors have mention Yogis that are several hundred years old, but modern western society scoffs at such a thing. Perhaps that is because they weren’t raised as a Hindu, but as a Christian.

Many of those scoffing Christians fervently believe everything written in the Bible. Which clearly states that Methuselah lived to be over 900 years old.

There was a Chinese man, Li Ching-Yuen, that died at 256 years old.

Which brings me to the idea that: if one man can do it, then so can I, and so can you.

On this website, Full Stride Health, I intend to guide you to better health so that you can enjoy life no matter how old you are.
